The warehouse will be an individually designed building with high horizontal parapets and a single-pitched roof, the ridge height of which will reach 6.0 meters. This height will provide access to the building for small trucks and minibuses.
The building structure will consist of steel columns mounted on a reinforced concrete slab and roof trusses. The exterior surfaces of both the roof and walls will be clad with gray sandwich panels. The building will be equipped with retractable PVC structural gates that will match the wall cladding. PVC structural windows with glass units will be rhythmically arranged on the sides of the building, ensuring sufficient natural lighting and an aesthetic appearance.
